Relayer is operated by Conversion Factory. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to run the Service and we do not sell your data.
Account data
If you create an account: your name, email address, and hashed password. This is stored in our database (Neon Postgres).
Review session data
When you use the cloud relay (SoloCloud / TeamCloud), we store the content of your review sessions: website element text, copy variations, CSS variations, reviewer comments, and annotation pins. Sessions are stored in Upstash Redis and expire after 30 days of inactivity.
Local-only data
When using the Local (free) plan, all session data stays on your machine in ~/.relayer/. Nothing is sent to our servers.
Usage data
Basic server logs (request timestamps, HTTP status codes). We do not use third-party analytics trackers on relayer.app.
We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Shareable review URLs (relayer.app/r/[token]) are accessible to anyone who has the link — no login required. This is intentional: it removes friction for client reviewers. Do not include sensitive personal data in review sessions unless you control who has access to the URL.
We use the following sub-processors to operate the Service:
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@relayer.app. You can delete your account from your account settings, which will remove your account data from our database.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or a notice on this page.
