Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Relayer (“the Service”), operated by Conversion Factory, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Relayer Does

Relayer is a website feedback tool that connects AI coding assistants to a structured review workflow. It enables developers to generate copy, design, and animation variations and share them with teammates or clients for review. The Service consists of an MCP server (run locally), a cloud relay for sharing review sessions, and a web dashboard.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Share review sessions containing unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including website copy, design feedback, and annotations. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. Review Sessions

Shareable review URLs (e.g. relayer.app/r/[token]) are accessible to anyone with the link. Do not share review sessions containing sensitive or confidential information unless you are comfortable with token-based access. Review sessions stored in the cloud relay are subject to data retention limits described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Paid Plans

Paid plan details, pricing, and billing terms will be published when SoloCloud and TeamCloud plans launch. Free tier features will remain available at no cost.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conversion Factory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
